Giving Back Is a Team Sport
At the Blank Family of Businesses, with the support of the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, associates have endless ways to give back to others. Whether it’s through our associate-led giving committees, The Family Fund, our matching gift program, or one of our many volunteer events, associates can help, grow, and donate to the communities they love most. It’s our shared culture and passion working as one force for good.
The Family Fund
Created for associates and funded by associates, the Family Fund provides grants to members of the BFOB community experiencing unexpected hardship. It’s a reflection of what “put people first” looks like in practice.

Associates across the portfolio serve on giving committees that make grants to nonprofits in areas they care about — from youth sports access to veteran support to conservation in Montana. Each committee sets its own guiding theme and drives real impact in the communities it serves.
Community Day
Every year, Atlanta-based associates come together for a full day of hands-on volunteer work. In 2025, more than 1,000 associates packed over 200,000 meals at Mercedes-Benz Stadium for those impacted by the LA wildfires.
