The Family Fund
Created for associates. Funded by associates. Here when it matters most.

When You Need Us, We're Here
The Family Fund was created to allow associates to help fellow associates in times of need. The Fund provides financial assistance to Blank Family of Businesses associates who have experienced a recent emergency or event resulting in financial hardship.
Established in 2023, the Family Fund follows two of our Core Values: Put People First and Give Back to Others. The Fund gives associates an opportunity to financially support fellow associates impacted by emergency situations or catastrophic events and help them and their immediate families get back on their feet. The Fund is sustained entirely by associate giving, and all full-time and part-time associates are eligible to contribute through bi-weekly payroll deduction.
Stories From Our People
The Family Fund has made a real difference for associates and families across the Blank Family of Businesses.

Receive Assistance
To qualify for a grant, associates must be regular full-time, part-time, seasonal, or event day team members who have been employed for at least 90 days and are in good standing with the organization. Associates do not need to contribute to the Family Fund to be eligible for a grant.
Covered Events
Covered events include, but are not limited to, disasters such as wildfires, floods, tornadoes, or hurricanes; illness or injury to an associate or household dependent; the death of an associate; high medical costs preventing someone from receiving necessary care; and crime such as robbery, burglary, or identity theft.
Covered Expenses
Examples of costs that could be covered due to a qualifying event include rent, mortgage, or a security deposit; basic utilities such as gas, water, and electricity; major home repairs needed to ensure safe living conditions; car loans, car insurance, or car repairs; and emergency travel and funeral expenses.
Non-Covered Events
Events that do not qualify include, but are not limited to, divorce or separation costs, child support, involuntary unemployment, costs resulting from poor financial management, and non-essential expenses including home improvement, childcare, cosmetic procedures, dental work, or Lasik.
